Pittsburgh & Ohio Central Railroad

pohc_state The Pittsburgh & Ohio Central Railroad operates 42 miles of former Pittsburgh, Chartiers & Youghiogheny and Pennsylvania Railroad trackage southwest of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The line interchanges with the CSX on Neville Island, the Norfolk Southern at Duff Junction, and the Pittsburgh, Allegheny & McKees Rocks at McKees Rocks. The POHC was developed by the Ohio Central System in 2000 when it purchased the line from RailAmerica, but it is now owned by Ohio Central parent Genesee & Wyoming group.
