Model Trains

he Bank of America Model Train Gallery features an exquisitely detailed HO Scale model train layout of Baltimore City as well as an exhibit visually exploring the various North American model train scales (or gauges). This HO Scale model layout is a representation of Baltimore in 1997, featuring many landmarks significant to the history of both the city and the railroad. Produced by renowned model layout designer Jeff Springer of Custom Model Railroads, this display was designed with exceptional attention to detail. The trains travel from the Inner Harbor, through downtown Baltimore, and north across the city through the suburbs and into the surrounding counties. On this journey, you will find both familiar and new local points of interest and historic railroading sites along the way.
