Rail Link, Inc. has been a subsidiary of shortline giant Genesee & Wyoming since 1996, providing contracted industrial switching services to customers in 30 locations in 11 states, including 10 major United States maritime ports. In addition to railcar switching, RLIX also provides railcar inspection, repair, cleaning, loading/unloading services, and Class 1 interchange services. Rail Link rosters dozens of first generation diesel-electric motive power, most painted in the Genesee & Wyoming corporate colors.
